Is contrave safe to take long term?

It is only generally approved and should be only prescribed as long as you meet certain weight loss benchmarks. Your insurance won't cover it forever.
My insurance doesn't cover it at all. Just wonder if it's safe to take till goal is met?
Well, Naltrexone and Bupropion are generally considered safe over years of use. I'm not a fan of Naltrexone but if it is working for you, go for it.
