Hi, gwood!
For most people it takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks to reach a therapeutic level.
I've taken it for several years now with good results and as I remember it didn't take long to start feeling improvement.
Best regards,
Thank you for responding! I started taking it 6 weeks ago and really haven’t felt that it’s been helping. My doctor recently increased my dose so I’m hoping that helps.
Everybody responds differently to this type of medication. Some people do well on a lower dose and others need a higher dose up to a maximum of 60mg/day.
That's what I take because I'm very resistant to medications and usually need high doses.
Fingers crossed that your increase will give you better results.
