YES. Urelle works very well, especially for IC. It is a purple pill, but it will turn your urine green.

Yes, there are several over the counter meds available at wal mart,etc that I found to be WAY better than pyridium... and cheaper as well... they also have the ability to inhibit UTI as well as pain relief quailities. I have used both, in the field. Another benefit is that unlike pyridium, it wont stain undergarments
