No, Seroquel and Doxepin are not related.
Seroquel (quetiapine fumarate) is a psychotropic agent belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives.
Doxepin is in a group of drugs called tricyclic antidepressants. Doxepin affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced.
