I live in south central Texas, an area concidered top of the list for allergies.
I have used Actified since 1970! It is the only antishistimine that works for
the allergies I suffer from. I need some help to understand why it is disappearing and is there to be a replacement??
Is actifed permanently discontinued, or will it be back soon?

According to FDA records Actifed has been discontinued. I don't think there's going to be a replacement.

March 2013, Aprodine has the exact same ingredients as Actifed. It is distributed by Major Pharmaceuticals, 31778 Enterprise Dr., Livonia, MI 48150, USA. My pharmacy was able to order some boxes from a distributor in Phoenix! Triprolidine is the only antihistamine that ever worked for me and I am so happy to have found it again! I hope this information leads you to some relief!
