What does incidence not known mean in regards to a drug and its side effects?

Hi James, as far as I can tell and believe, it refers to one or more people who have reported a side effect to a medication outside of a known sample size. It indicates that that side effect may have occurred but is not yet supported by testing and was not present in clinical trials (which by nature have a limited time scale).
