I ask this question bc I was recently prescribed Concerta er 18 mg! I have had nausea to the point of gagging but not regurgitating. As well as Extreme sleepiness. It was very hard to do anything and took effort!! I called my Dr. She said it was a drug interaction with marijuana for me to go to a program for marijuana help!!! I thought this to be extremely harsh and irrational!!!
Has marijuana or syn marijuana in combo with Concerta ER 18mg ever have reports of bad side effects?

Your doc is bullshitting you. There are no adverse interactions between marijuana and stimulants.
I take medical marijuana for chronic pain, and Adderall for ADD. I've never had a problem.
Methylphenidate (Concerta is a long acting form of this) can cause nausea, and it can cause sleepiness as well. I'd seek another doctor's opinion.
