Dry eye may be a side effect of some of those medications, but definitely not blepharitis. Blepharitis is caused by a bacterial infection of the sebaceous oil glands at the base of the eyelash. I have suffered from blepharitis for decades, and I use an eye scrub three times a week to keep it under control. But no, you can rule out blepharitis, at least as far as any medication causing it. It doesn't mean you don't have it but it would not be related to medication.
Hi, Mmesf!
If you go to the very top of the page with the alphabet. Click on the letter for your first medication, and choose the drug name and scroll down to side effects. Repeat that for each medication you're taking.

PS, You're taking Concerta and Ritalin? They're the same drug.
