Any one experience PMDD and start this pill and notice doing better?

I am 59 years of age. I’ve been on Effexor XR for over 17 years. I don’t have side effects anymore unless I miss a dose. I was put on it for help with migraine prevention which does help. I’ve tried to go off of it several times with no success. I can tell you that early on it made me slightly drowsy, and gave me dry mouth some. Other than that it works well. Good luck!!
