Can I get the Depo shot one day early? There's a lot going on and the day before my window of time that I must get the shot isn't working with my schedule but the day before the window absolutely works. What is the worst that can happen if I get the shot one day early?

Answers
Yes, you are fine to get it a day early. At one point it was only licensed for up to 11 weeks, so everyone got the same dosage at 11 week intervals, rather than 13 wks. Then it was extended to 12, & then 13.
I read that it could be given even 2to3weeks earlier than the scheduled shot
