No, its normal. The midwife in my OBs office did my shot for me when I got it and she had to wipe some of it off my butt and the injection shot was sore at first but felt fine the next day.

No. There is always a small amount that comes out the tract, you just didn't notice it before because the nurse probably wiped it off. Chances are it was 2 different people that gave it. After 50 yrs I can give you a shot you'd never notice you got.
