I lost my virginity on Depo, and it was really painful. So I thought it was just my first time, we tried different lubricants too so we would have no friction issues. But all the lubricants burned terribly. We tried different methods to try and make it less painful but every time so far, I have been in excruciating pain. besides once. It makes me feel like we are doing something wrong or something’s wrong with me. I was ready many people have this problem too while on Depo. Please help!

Yes, this is common with Depo Provera. I have experienced this. How are you hoping we can help?
In terms of lubricant, the best one I found was either an aloe vera based lubricant, or a water based one. Go for totally natural ingredients. Even then, it may only relieve some of the pain. Much of my pain was in my whole pelvic floor, & the muscles hurt during intercourse. The only thing that sorted out things, once & for all, was to come off Depo Provera. Then, it took a while for things to settle down.
Unfortunately, the doctors did not realise it was the Depo causing the pain, so I spent years avoiding sex, or having painful sex.
