Contrave - What time of day do you take these pills? The night ones I'm worried about because of?

I try to take mine as close to 12 hours apart as possible. I take the 1st two in the a.m. with breakfast and the last two right before bed (I try to eat a very small bite of food with these 2 pills -- i.e. a couple grapes, few bites of cereal... ). This seems to work for me. I am curious as to what others may say.
