Yes, the sleepiness does go away. Usually within 2 weeks. I have found caffeine and vitamin B-12 helpful for this.

Amber; Yes most people this minor side effect for most people goes away in one to two weeks at most if not sooner so don't worry just be aware of it and be careful if your driving etc. hang in there and remember most people do better-drinking plenty of water while on this medication Have a good day you are going to be just fine
