Should I take another one to replace the one I threw up? or did it have time to enter my system? I have been taking citalopram 20mg for 7 months now.

yeah id leave it one dose missed wont do u any harm plus u dont know how much u got also u have been on it long enough now u'll wont miss out if u miss a dose

Unless you saw a tablet when you vomited don't take another one. It probably was dissolved and moving on in an hr.
