It's critical to the accuracy of the test that the intestinal tract is completely cleared with the two stage cleanse. You'll probably need to start over but inform your doctor that you didn't tolerate the 1st dose. There may be an alternative? There is an at-home test but it's not as accurate as a colonoscopy and not advised with a history of GI problems.
