Had anyone had this happen to them? My anxiety seems trapped in my body of that makes sense. I can't release it. Not even by breathing. Is this a sign of too much or too little medication?

What dose are you taking and for how long? My inclination is to say that you may not be taking a therapeutic dosage or the drug has not yet become fully effective.
15x2 a day 12 days in so far. Has anyone had there's up during the 2-3 week phase?
You're on a middle of the road dosage which is effective for many people although a few will do well on a smaller dose and others who need an increased dose (I take 30mg twice daily which is the maximum recommended dose).
You might want to talk with your doctor about your progress or lack thereof and your current symptoms. A dosage increase may not be out of the question but it may be just a matter of giving it more time for the drug to become effective.
Thanks wildcardvet. I think I finally had a break through. I think the medicine is starting to take hold. This is like the first day in like 6 days I finally got a break from axienty. It's still there and has brought on the "wave" a couple of times today. Maybe I can get more than 3 hours of sleep tonight not jacked up on 100mg of hydroxyzine.
Good news! I hope you continue to feel improvements!
