To anyone taking Chantix...are you suffering from headaches?

I have taken Chantix many times (unfortunately) and the side effects from Chantix will only continue if you don’t quit smoking; it’s not so much a side effect as it is aversion therapy. If you continue to smoke after 14 days on the starter pack, the symptoms will either get worse or not occur at all. I’ve done this 3 times so I can tell you with confidence that smoking while on Chantix is SUPPOSED to have headaches, nausea, etc., in that it acts like Antabuse - it creates undesirable effects when you “partake” in your substance.

Wow you shouldn't still be smoking. There is still some willpower needed to quit even with chantix helping you. It will take the edge off but it won't make you stop buying cigarettes at the store, that is up to you.

I am suffering from migraines now two weeks in a row been on chantix one month Monday I haven't quit smoking yet although two days now one pack last me instead of one have you quit smoking yet from chantix?

Yes, absolutely... I am only on day 10 and I have lost all hope and faith completely... This morning was my last dose, as of now I am going to see if my constant headaches stop along with stopping the medicine... I have been miserable with terrible eye headaches for daYs now... I can't even focus, nor do I even want to get up to staRt my day... I have tried pain relievers and nothing has touched this headache the only thing that has given me any sort of relief is laying down with my eyes shut... you are not alone!!!

Headaches and migraines are some side effects. I couldn't deal with a headache like that for so long. Is the chantix helping you?
