Hi, Im!
Nausea is very common for the first few days to a couple of weeks and can usually be controlled with OTC remedies but be sure to ask your pharmacist for a recommendation of one that won't interact with the Trintellix. Also, small bland snacks like soda crackers. yogurt, ginger, or peppermint may be helpful.
Fever and sore throat haven't been reported but anything is possible. Still, you might want to check with your doctor about another underlying cause.
Best wishes and feel better!
The nausea yup. The sore throat and fever I have not had. Been on trintellix for like 4 months now. The ginger people ginger chews gin gins crystalized will helped me with the nausea. They taste like spicy pledge but they do work.
