After being on this drug for 35 years, I cannot cope with anything else. They were the right drug for me, and I now feel my life will go back to how it was before taking them. Please reply.

please, reply anyone?
I've been using clomipramine for 2 years already and cannot tolerate any other drugs for panic attacks. Are here any alternatives of the same Try-cyclic group?
The 50 mg are still being manufactured in the U.K.
75mg slow release are available on private prescription only ie for FULL PRICE
NICE removed the 75mg slow release even though they are cheaper than 50mg and 25 mg
However 25mg tablets are not available in the U.K. atm
Also supplies of ingredients may well be affected by Brexit
Try to discuss with you psychiatrist what alternative might be suitable
My GP would not refer me and I had a nightmare 3 months because of this
I am now on x2 50mg tablets
I would stress
PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR PSYCHIATRIST
DONT DELAY
All the best
I don't think Anfranil production has been stopped, have u any articles maintain this?
Novartis is discontinuing the production of Anafranil MR tablets. Clomipramine is a tricyclic antidepressant but is most often used in the treatment of severe obsessional compulsive disorder (OCD) and generally as a second line option after selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors prove ineffective or are not tolerated.
I was on this medication for 14 years and due to manufacturing issues in the uk i have now been off them for a month and my mental health has declined rapidly. I am totally lost. I’m scared to try other meds! I spoke to my doctor about going back on clomipramine and he told me that i shouldn’t because it may be a long term problem with getting them. Help!
Has it really stopped being made? I'm in AU and it is still available here AU $17.50 for 50. I can't see why they would stop it when the original trials showed improvements of over 60% on a couple of mental disorders. I'd be lost.
I just started Clomipramine for intrusive thoughts does this medication work well
