Interactions between your drugs
Moderate
clonazePAM orphenadrine
Applies to: clonazepam, Norgesic (aspirin / caffeine / orphenadrine)
Using clonazePAM together with orphenadrine may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Some people, especially the elderly, may also experience impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. Also avoid activities requiring mental alertness such as driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Moderate
aspirin DULoxetine
Applies to: Norgesic (aspirin / caffeine / orphenadrine), duloxetine
Using DULoxetine together with aspirin may increase the risk of bleeding. The interaction may be more likely if you are elderly or have kidney or liver disease. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may already be aware of the risks, but has determined that this is the best course of treatment for you and has taken appropriate precautions and is monitoring you closely for any potential complications. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience any unusual bleeding or bruising, or have other signs and symptoms of bleeding such as dizziness; lightheadedness; red or black, tarry stools; coughing up or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds; severe headache; and weakness. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

caffeine DULoxetine
Applies to: Norgesic (aspirin / caffeine / orphenadrine), duloxetine
Caffeine may increase the blood levels and effects of DULoxetine. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications. Let your doctor know if your condition changes or you experience increased side effects of DULoxetine such as nausea, dry mouth, insomnia, drowsiness, constipation, or any unusual symptoms. If you have high blood pressure, you may need closer monitoring of your blood pressure while you are receiving these medications. In addition, you may have an increased risk of developing a rare but serious condition associated with the use of DULoxetine and similar medications called the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, incoordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. You should contact your doctor immediately if you experience these symptoms while taking the medications. If you have doubts or feel uneasy regarding the potential interactions, do contact your Dr..
This combination sounds like a good one addresses pain, depression, anxiety and ADHD. With the clonazepam, you can probably take more an on needed bases? As long as your taking everything as prescribed, you have a strong medication system that I'm sure Works! You are very lucky in the sense that your doctor listens to you and prescribes you this personal regimen rather than worry about government regulations about benzo's and opiates.
Never give him up! Also make sure you use the same pharmacy too as this is a good resource for interactions.
I would just add to be careful to use your clonazepam strictly as directed and don't take any more than what your doctor prescribes.
I'm only saying this because next to the opiates benzodiazepines are the second most abused drugs.
You're lucky to have a good doctor and they likely consider this combination to have more benefits than the risks.
Take care and feel better!
