Prescribed for arthritis in my neck at 500 mg as needed, no more than twice daily. This is third week using them, no negative reaction so far.
Accidentally took two naproxyn tablets (500 mg each for a total of 1000 mg)?

If you are feeling ok, I wouldn't worry about it and just be careful next time. If you are having any really bad stomach issues or any other reaction you should call your doctor.
