My boyfriend takes lamictal he had an issue a couple of weeks ago were he was peeing and a bunch of white puss like stuff came out? He was having discomfort urinating. Then that happened. He has also has a belly button hernia, that looks like he is 9 months pregnant. Help please he has also gained 25 lbs over a month, shortness of breath, tired alot.. I have got to get something done for him before it burst this has been going on for 9 hrs. He also smokes breathing issues when sleeping. I pray that jehovah will get him the help he needs.
Can I combine Macrobid 100 mg, cephalexin 500 mg, metronidazole 500 mg, pen vk 500?

You need to get him to an Emergency Department or call for an ambulance. This sounds rather urgent to me.
