I've been on Adderall for ADHD for about a year, currently at 30mg XR taken before noon. I recently started taking paroxetine(10mg) taken around 8 to 9 pm for PMDD to see if it would help. I've had a headache all day and am wondering if it's because of the drug interaction or if its fine to take them together and it's just a normal headache.
Would 30 mg Adderall XR and 10mg Paxil be a bad combo?

Hi, Limesalt!
"Paroxetine may increase the effects of amphetamine, and side effects such as jitteriness, nervousness, anxiety, restlessness, and racing thoughts have been reported."
There is also a very slight risk of a condition called serotonin syndrome which is rare but can become serious if not treated promptly. This link will describe it for you:

You should be aware of the possible symptoms but remember that it's rare. Your doctor is aware of these risks and has prescribed the medications for you because they have determined that the benefits are greater than the risk to you.
Best regards,
