ADJUST DOSING INTERVAL: Nelfinavir should be administered with food, which may adversely affect the absorption of didanosine during concurrent administration due to increased acid in the stomach induced by food intake.

MANAGEMENT: Nelfinavir should be taken with food at least two hours before or one hour after didanosine.
