Coadministration with inducers of CYP450 1A2 and/or 3A4 may decrease the plasma concentrations of levobupivacaine, which is primarily metabolized by these isoenzymes. However, the clinical significance is unknown, as the interaction has not been studied nor reported in the medical literature.
