Drug Interaction Report
1 potential interaction and/or warning found for the following 2 drugs:
- efbemalenograstim alfa
- Zynteglo (betibeglogene autotemcel)
Interactions between your drugs
betibeglogene autotemcel efbemalenograstim alfa
Applies to: Zynteglo (betibeglogene autotemcel), efbemalenograstim alfa
ADJUST DOSING INTERVAL: Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) may interact with betibeglogene autotemcel. The mechanism has not been established. Hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) mobilization followed by apheresis to obtain CD34+ cells is required for betibeglogene autotemcel manufacturing. In two ongoing Phase 3 studies, G-CSF and plerixafor were used to mobilize stem cells prior to apheresis and were not recommended within 21 days after betibeglogene autotemcel infusion; however, 24% of patients in these studies received G-CSF within this 21-day period. No data are currently available for this interaction.
MANAGEMENT: According to the manufacturer, G-CSF is not recommended for 21 days after betibeglogene autotemcel infusion.
