Brentuximab vedotin may cause nerve damage and liver problems, and using it with other medications that can also have these effects such as repotrectinib may increase the risk. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may already be aware of the risks, but has determined that this is the best course of treatment for you and has taken appropriate precautions and is monitoring you closely for any potential complications. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. Let your doctor know if you experience burning, tingling, pain, numbness, or weakness. Also seek immediate medical attention if you have fever, chills, joint pain or swelling, unusual bleeding or bruising, skin rash, itching, loss of appetite, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dark colored urine, light colored stools, and/or yellowing of the skin or eyes, as these may be signs and symptoms of liver damage. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Consumption of grapefruit, grapefruit juice, and supplements that contain grapefruit should be avoided during treatment with repotrectinib as they may increase the blood levels of repotrectinib. This may increase the risk and/or severity of side effects such as dizziness, tiredness, muscle pain, nausea, change in your sense of taste, feeling numbness or tingling in your arms or legs, constipation, trouble with balance, shortness of breath, problems with thinking such as forgetfulness or confusion and hallucinations, as well as more serious side effects such severe or life-threatening inflammation of the lungs and liver injury. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may be able to provide alternatives that do not interact. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
