If you are currently being treated or are going to begin treatment with retifanlimab, you should let your doctor know before receiving yellow fever vaccine. You may be at risk for developing an infection from yellow fever vaccine or have a reduced response to yellow fever vaccine, although this has not been studied. If you have recently received yellow fever vaccine, your doctor may choose to postpone treatment with retifanlimab for a few weeks, or you may need to wait for a period of time after completing your treatment with retifanlimab before receiving yellow fever vaccine. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
