MONITOR CLOSELY: Coadministration of tranexamic acid with warfarin or other anticoagulants may reduce the therapeutic effects of both drugs due to opposing pharmacodynamic actions. Clinical data are not available.
MANAGEMENT: Caution and clinical monitoring may be advisable if tranexamic acid is coadministered with warfarin or other anticoagulants.
