sodium bicarbonate rosuvastatin

Taking the rosuvastatin and sodium bicarbonate doses too close together may interfere with the absorption of rosuvastatin and reduce its effectiveness. To prevent or minimize the interaction, rosuvastatin and sodium bicarbonate dosing should be separated by at least two hours. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
