Administration advice:

• Patient should fast for at least 4 hours prior to administration. False positives (non-visualization) may result if the gallbladder has been emptied by food ingestion.
• Allow an interval of at least 24 hours before repeat examination.
• Contents of the reaction vial are intended only for use in the preparation of technetium Tc99m mebrofenin. Do not administer directly to the patient.
• Inspect for particulate matter and discoloration prior to administration.
• Use within 18 hours of reconstitution.

• Store the kit as supplied at 20C to 25C (68F to 77F) prior to and following reconstitution.

• The reagent kit is approved for distribution to those licensed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to use byproduct material identified in 10 CFR 35.200 or an equivalent license.
