Administration advice:
-The anterolateral thigh is the preferred site for infants 6 to 11 months.
-The deltoid muscle of the upper arm is the preferred site for patients 1 year and older.
-Mix thoroughly by inversion before each administration.
-If the vaccine has been refrigerated, place at room temperature for a minimum of 15 minutes prior to administration.

Storage requirements:
-Refrigerate; do not freeze
-Protect from light
-Discard if frozen

Reconstitution/preparation techniques:
-Place antigen and adjuvant at room temperature for a minimum of 15 minutes before mixing.
-Mix thoroughly by inversion; label antigen (now containing vaccine) vial with date and time mixed.
-After mixing, store at room temperature or refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

IV compatibility:
-Do not mix with any other vaccine in the same syringe or vial.
