Usual Adult Dose for Cough and Nasal Congestion
chlorpheniramine/dihydrocodeine/phenylephrine 2 mg-3 mg-7.5 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
5 mL to 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 40 mL in 24 hours.
chlorpheniramine/dihydrocodeine/phenylephrine 5 mg-3 mg-20 mg/5 mL oral syrup:
5 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours.
Renal Dose Adjustments
The manufacturer states that "PANCOF PD should be used with caution and at reduced dosage in the presence of impaired renal function." However, no specific dosage reductions are recommended by the manufacturer.
