10 mL ever 6 to 8 hours not to exceed 40 mL daily.

Chlophedianol-pseudoephedrine 12.5 mg-30 mg/5 mL oral liquid:
6 to 11 years: 5 mL ever 6 to 8 hours not to exceed 20 mL daily.
12 years or older: 10 mL ever 6 to 8 hours not to exceed 40 mL daily.
