atropine/CPM/hyoscyamine/PSE/scopolamine 0.04 mg-8 mg-0.19 mg-90 mg-0.01 mg oral tablet, extended release:
1 tablet orally every 12 hours not to exceed 2 tablets daily.
Usual Pediatric Dose for Sinus Symptoms
atropine/CPM/hyoscyamine/PSE/scopolamine 0.04 mg-8 mg-0.19 mg-90 mg-0.01 mg oral tablet, extended release:
12 years or older: 1 tablet orally every 12 hours not to exceed 2 tablets daily.
