Usual Adult Dose for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy
Recommended dosage: 712 mg orally twice daily
Comments:
- Can be administered with or without food
Use: For the treatment of the cardiomyopathy of wild-type or variant transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) in adults to reduce cardiovascular death and cardiovascular-related hospitalization.

Storage requirements:
- Store at controlled room temperature 20C to 25C (68F to 77F), with excursions permitted to 15C to 30C (59F to 86F)
