For Hereditary Amyloidosis "Amvuttra seems to be helping tremendously with my amyloidosis. However, the side effects may be outweighing the good. In particular, the back pain and polyneuropathy are taking control. My legs are so weak I am falling on occasion, and the back pain is off the charts. At this point, I am torn between helping my or stopping the back and leg pain."
