For Transthyretin-Related Amyloidosis "I have developed itching on buttocks and down the IT band. I also have cataracts in both eyes caused by some medication. The eye doctors said they were on retina caused by medication, but could not determine which medication."

For Cardiomyopathy of Transthyretin-Mediated Amyloidosis "I have an uncontrollable condition of coughing, coughing, can’t stop sometimes. I also have tingling in my feet near my toes and my hands, my fingers… I prefer Vyndamax. It’s one pill a day, taking four pills a day, it’s too much. I’ve also had some wheezing since I’m taking Vyndaqel tablets."
