Administration advice:
- For topical ophthalmic use
- During installation, avoid touching the single-dose vial to the eye or to any other surface.
- Contact lenses should be removed before administration; may reinsert lenses 10 minutes after instillation
- If more than 1 topical ophthalmic product is being used, administer the products at least 5 minutes apart.
Storage requirements:
- Store vials refrigerated at 2C to 8C (36F to 46F); do not freeze.
- Vials may be stored at room temperature up to 25C (77F), but should be used within 30 days.
- During shipment, this product may be stored at temperatures up to 40C (104F) for a maximum of 8 days.
- Discard opened single-dose vial after use.

- Ocular: Examination of the retina (prior to therapy initiation)
Patient advice:
- Avoid touching the single dose vial to the eye and discard after use; wait 5 minutes before using another topical ophthalmic product
- Remove contact lenses prior to treatment installation and wait 10 minutes after before reinserting.
- Seek immediate medical care with sudden onset of flashing lights, floaters, or vision loss.
- Use caution when driving at night or when hazardous activities are undertaken in poor illumination.
- Avoid driving or using machinery if vision is not clear (e.g., blurred vision).
