Mavorixafor causes concentration-dependent QTc interval prolongation. Correct any modifiable risk factors for QTc prolongation (e.g., hypokalemia), assess QTc at baseline and monitor during treatment as clinically indicated.
Mavorixafor (applies to mavorixafor) renal dysfunction
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility.
Mavorixafor is not recommended in patients with severe renal impairment and end stage renal disease.
