Applicable conditions: Cardiovascular Disease, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Renal Artery Atherosclerosis, Cerebral Vascular Disorder, History - Cerebrovascular Disease, History - Myocardial Infarction, Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation, Thrombotic/Thromboembolic Disorder, History - Thrombotic/Thromboembolic Disorder, Septicemia

Venous and arterial thromboembolic events have occurred with use of concizumab. Patients with conditions in which tissue factor is overexpressed, such as atherosclerotic disease, crush injury, cancer, disseminated intravascular coagulation, thrombotic microangiopathy, or septicemia may be increased risk for thromboembolism. Closely monitor patients for thromboembolic events during therapy with concizumab.
