For Photoaging of the Skin "I've been using tretinoin for about 8 months. I found it was great for gently peeling skin, and this helps with milia and dark spots on the face. It definitely helps with fine lines that I have now being 44 years old, but I can only use it every other day because my skin really dries out if I use it daily. I recommend you use a good barrier face cream with this so your skin barrier doesn't get burnt or damaged through tretinoin if you're using it a lot. I've had wonderful results: my skin is smoother, I have a lovely glow, and I have a much more even skin tone now. It definitely helped with dark spots, and I would say it slightly plumps the skin too, but again if you suffer from something called milia, this definitely helps clear it up nicely. But if you stop using tretinoin for a while, all the aging skin and milia come back, so stick with it. I don't suffer from acne, so I've only had one painful cyst at the beginning, then no more spots! Give it a go!!"

Tretinoin topical for Acne "I used to be prescribed Epiduo, but my insurance stopped covering it, and it became too expensive, so they put me on Retin-A. All this medication does is dry out my skin, it doesn't even reduce redness or irritation from the acne. I personally have found that witch hazel and basic night serums do more than what I'm prescribed is supposed to do. 0/10"

For Photoaging of the Skin "2 months. Went through the dry skin, red skin, 'ugly phase'. But stick with it. It really does work!!! My skin tone is perfect and my skin is so clear."

For Acne "I have been using it for a week combined with Aczone. I am already seeing results! It does, however, make my skin really dry, but I will take that over acne."

Tretinoin topical for Acne "I have been using Retin A Micro for about three years and love it! It is so much better than the normal Retin-A that I was prescribed for the past 20 years or so. I do get many whiteheads and Retin-A does keep my face with less acne in general. I do notice that Retin A Micro does not dry out my skin and my skin does look more smooth and less dry and flaky. I am 63 years old and look my age. However, my skin looks great! Thanks to Retin-A Micro and exercise."
