For Erectile Dysfunction "Age 68. I have taken Cialis for 6 years. My first dose was 10mg. It worked way better than Levitra. However, 20mg makes me better than I was at 20. I tried taking the 5mg daily, but really can't afford the $337 per month. The 5mg daily gave me the ability to achieve and maintain an erection any time. I now take 10mg every 72 hours. I get really great erections and my wife, 65, likes it. It works after 30 minutes on an empty stomach, but the full effect takes about 2 hours. It works great for 36 hours, and not too bad for another 24 hours, and just okay erections until I take 10mg again after 72 hours. A slight headache and/or backache sometimes occurs, but nothing too serious."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "When I was young, I used to walk into a restroom and an old guy would be trying to pee. When I left, he was still trying to pee. Well, I ended up becoming that old guy. I’m 50, and I have been diagnosed with BPH. For the past 10 years, I have had issues with my prostate. I have been in and out of the doctors' and urologists' offices. Also, for the past few years, I have had a tough time getting and maintaining an erection. I have been taking 5mg of Cialis a day for the past 60 days. Two words describe my experience: wow and amazing. I can now pee without any problem. I'm ready anytime, morning, noon, or night, my wife and I want to have sex. Before, I would have to concentrate to get an erection and maybe or maybe not whether I could."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "68 years old. Primary problem: Erections not lasting long enough. Secondary problem: Starting to have to go urinate once or twice at night. Short-term erections had ruined our prior healthy sex life and we started avoiding sex altogether, once a month or less. We were both bitter and angry most of the time. Tried 5 mg Cialis for a month on the free trial and cured both problems: Erections lasted long enough (more than half the time) and less waking to urinate. HOWEVER, Cialis made my heart race and beats irregular. Had to quit it. Didn't try to halve the dose. Now on Levitra 5 mg (prior to sex, only) and no cardiac problems and I can manage to do sex 2 times a week, not enough for me, but the best I can do."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I was not able to maintain an erection, soon after penetration, my erection would fade before we could finish sex. It was getting very frustrating for us both, to say the least. I went to the doctor and got 10 mg Cialis. For Erectile Dysfunction "I take Cialis daily 5mg. I have been on it for 3 months. I did everything in the book to help my erections from eating well, exercising, testosterone therapy, etc. None of it helped my erections become stable and dependable. So, because my erections were 50/50, I suffered emotionally, and it made it worse. When I started taking Cialis, I began at 2.5mg. Symptoms were back pain and headaches for a while. It took about a week, and my erections improved. Over the 3 months, I increased to 5mg. Side effects are little to none. At this dosage, I get an erection every time, and it has not failed me. If you suffer from mild to moderate erection issues like I had, don't hesitate to give it a try. Side effects suck at first for me anyway, but they go away."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "64-year-old. Tried taking 1/2 of 5mg daily for two weeks and had severe acid reflux pain. Stopped for a week and started taking the whole 5mg. Reflux returned, but I found that if I drink a glass of water when I feel burning, it goes away. Tums or Rolaids help a bit as well. Back to a better than youthful condition with erections, and BPH must be less because I can sleep all night now. The only problem I am having is whether my wife wants it as much as I do. Insurance is $95/30 or $150/90."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I have tried several medicines for my benign prostatic hyperplasia problem. Either the results or the side effects have been unsatisfactory. My urologist decided to try Cialis 5mg. After hassling with my insurance company and paying a larger than average co-pay, I got the prescription. I have had far fewer problems emptying my bladder. The side effects have been incredible. Instead of having sex 2-3 times per week, my wife and I have shared long, intense daily sessions. I have to admit, I didn't have classic erectile dysfunction. I was probably normal for a 62-year-old guy."

For Erectile Dysfunction "My latest thoughts on Cialis and Erectile Dysfunction Benign Prostate Hyperplasia. As I arrive at age 90, erection and orgasm with ejaculation/emission are much more difficult to achieve. Cialis 5mg daily still gets results including a sensitive slightly aroused penis but not a firm erection, and at least one nighttime bathroom visit is necessary. Increasing the dose as high as 20 mg one time gets the same response as the daily 5 mg. As usual, YMMV."

For Erectile Dysfunction "It really works. I take 10 mg within 30 min of sex and I usually have no problems staying rock hard. Usually lasts around 36 hours (the drug...not being rock hard). I used prescription Lilly brand for a couple of years but could not afford the price. Tried getting them online for the past two years and it works great! It's made by a generic company in India but I'm still alive :) I read that a lot of generic US drugs are made there. I believe Pfizer makes a lot there. I buy the 20 mg and cut in half with a pill splitter. I promise you I am not a sales rep, just trying to help others who may be in need but can't afford."

For Erectile Dysfunction "67-year-old man. Long-time Viagra user while married. Worked well within its limitations (empty stomach, etc.). Divorced and no sex for 2.5 years. Went to Cialis 5 mg daily since I started dating again. Good results with few side effects. I should mention I experienced upper leg pain and I stopped. After a few days, I went back to 5 mg daily, and no leg pain. Body adjustment, I guess. I kept a log for three months. Here are my recommendations: Cialis 5 mg daily, Cialis 20 mg if you're expecting sex. Cialis 5 mg might be enough, but 20 mg is amazing. That said, if you have psych issues causing problems, I tried 100 mg Viagra with Cialis 5 mg until they're resolved."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I take the 5 mg generic, which cost $33.79 for 90 pills with a a coupon, along with Flomax. I now pee like a champ and empty my bladder completely. No more waking up 5 times a night. The constant urge to pee has disappeared. Most of my prostatitis symptoms have gone away. Took about a week to feel the full benefits. No side effects that I've noticed except being able to keep my 24-year younger wife happy 'anytime.' I was truly suffering there for a while."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I'm almost 56 years old, and I originally started on the 20 mg dose of Cialis a few years ago. I hate to say I did not notice much, and my doctor suggested the once-a-day 5 mg dose. I thought, less? How will that work??? He was right. The 5 mg does work most of the time for me! I also have low testosterone and I self-inject weekly, however, that alone by itself was not enough. The combination of the testosterone injections and the 5 mg Cialis works. I have also discovered that if I take half a pill 6 hours before bedtime and then the other half 2 hours before bedtime, it is much, much, much more effective than when I took the 5 mg when I got up in the morning, even though it says it lasts 18 hours, I have not experienced that. Also, by doing it this way, I wake up like a teenager, so if the opportunity presents itself, I am ready! Good luck, guys, this combination is the closest thing I have found to the fountain of youth! My insurance won't cover it, though."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I am 53 and have multiple sclerosis and have been in a wheelchair for 10 years. I got married this year and needed something that would help alleviate my ED problem. I tried Viagra, but it has a window that made spontaneity nonexistent. I tried Cialis, and all is well. The only problem I’ve found isn’t with the med itself but with the cost associated with it. I get my meds from the VA, and they only give me 4 x 20 mg pills a month, I split them into approximately thirds. Now the good stuff: 1/3 of a pill will last @36 hours+ and will work multiple times, full erections that last as needed. I have loss of sensation due to the multiple sclerosis, so sometimes ejaculating won’t happen every time, but the med works as intended. So Cialis, thank you."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Doctor prescribed Tamsulosin (Flomax) for treatment of BPH. After taking for 30+ days, no improvement and ED side effects were terrible. Stopped Tamsulosin and started Cialis 5mg daily, now for about 45 days. BPH conditions have improved and ED side effects have gone completely away. Now trying to get my Medicare Rx insurance company to approve Cialis 5mg for my BPH drug treatment."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I had to go often and sometimes barely made it to the bathroom. My doctor prescribed Flomax, and it was partially effective, but I almost passed out if I got up quickly. After a couple of months, I went back to my doctor, and she changed me to Cialis. It is almost totally effective, and no side effects."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I have been taking Cialis for 3 years now. I am healthy, exercise, and not overweight. The reason for adding Cialis to my daily vitamins is that my partner likes a daily intimate time. With intimate time 5 to 6 days a week I find that both of us have a very special time. She knows I take it and has no problem with what I call my daily vitamin. I see my cardiologist and have blood work yearly. So far all lights are green and thumbs up."
