For Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor "For me, ripretinib (Qinlock) was a total failure. I spent 5 months on this drug, and my tumors mostly doubled in size in that time. The side effects were more pronounced and severe, including hair loss, fatigue, weight loss, than my previous time on Imatinib and Sunitinib. It was easy to use."
