Pembrolizumab "I felt side effects within two months: first, numbing of my feet, then my colon swelling and hurting. Everyone thought it was leftover feelings from chemo. I told them, No, it was not. Third month, I was in the ER with pains in my colon. At eight months, again in the ER, so sick, colon inflammation was horrible. Now my leg is numb with fingertips. Oh, I forgot, my thyroid went south too. The drug might help, but I think you should be very, very aware of sick effects."
