For Sinus Symptoms "This was the worst experience of side effects with this nasal spray! It exacerbated my anxiety, and gave me heart palpitations, not to mention pressure behind my eyes. OMG, it was so bad. I didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t know this till I Googled! So many have complained of the same things! Heart palpitations and eye pain were the worst! I will stick to my saline nasal spray! This stuff is really nasty!"

For Sinus Symptoms "The Nasonex caused crazy anxiety, super dizzy and weird visual things like afterimages from lights that would last 5 minutes. Waking up in the middle of the night totally dizzy and spinning. It might work well, I'm not sure because I had to stop using it. The visual stuff freaked me out too much."

For Allergic Rhinitis "I suffer year-round severe allergies with a runny, sneezy nose, blocked sinuses, and itchy, red, watery eyes. This product works... BUT for me, it isn't worth the side effects - chronic diarrhea, blurred vision, total loss of taste and smell, lethargy, anxiety, headaches, and abdominal cramps. I was taking it last year and had these symptoms, then stopped and they went away, but I didn't connect the two until THIS time when I went on it again. I've been on it for about 3 months, and back came the symptoms. So I did an online search and found so many others with the same experience using Nasonex. This week, I stopped again and will never use it again. This product can also cause Glaucoma and cataracts - how can people be ready to risk the serious side effects of this just for hay fever? I'd rather sneeze my way through life than be blind... and now I know why my vision has been blurry :("

For Sinus Symptoms "I began using this after suffering from nasal congestion, headaches, and sinus pains. After I began taking it, I suffered from terrible pain behind my eyes, nausea, and anxiety. I went to so many doctors, but nobody was able to pinpoint what it was. I was having around 20 migraine/headache days per month. Painkillers were not helping, and I was constantly put on higher and higher doses, which all eventually stopped helping. My nasal congestion also didn't really clear up, but for some reason, I still persisted. I didn't think it was the spray, as I used other steroid sprays in the past, so didn't dream it was the Nasonex. At one point, it dawned on me that it might just be the Nasonex. I stopped using it and have not had another headache since. I feel better in myself and not so anxious anymore. I suffered terribly for 4 months."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Horrible drug. Started using it, and within 24 hours, I'd started getting severe anxiety and severe depression. Came off of it, tried again at a lower dose, same thing to a slightly lesser degree. Also gave me headaches and a tight feeling in my throat. Can't take any lower a dose really, or it won't be effective. Never using this stuff again."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Prescribed for mold allergy. Totally made everything worse. Made me more congested with shortness of breath and heart-pounding palpitations. Felt extremely anxious even though I knew I was not anxious. Could not sleep. Two doctors did not believe me. Came off the stuff and immediately felt better. Two days later, much, much better."

For Sinus Symptoms "Gave me horrible migraines, insomnia, anxiety; and all for nothing, my sinuses are exactly the same. Avoid. I don't know why doctors prescribe this. This should be taken off the market. I suffered miserably for months. Sudafed is as bad as well. Avoid Sudafed at all costs."

For Sinus Symptoms "I have a severe s-shaped septum and chronic sinus issues. I found that this drug worked, I started to get my sense of smell back, pressure started to subside, but it caused horrible side effects. I felt tight, like I couldn't breathe properly, very anxious all the time, aching muscles, weakness. I also developed strange, unexpected pains in my chest."
