Lotilaner ophthalmic for Blepharitis "This stuff is awesome. I kept complaining of blurry vision to my ophthalmologist and was pretty much laughed off. “Here’s a sample of eye drops.” I then inquired with a friend who is a retired ophthalmologist. He referred me to his old practice, who prescribed Xdemvy. Within a week, I saw improvement intermittently. When applied, clear vision lasted more than a few blinks. On follow-up, my new ophthalmologist admitted this medicine is a total game changer. On occasion, my eyes would go blurry (felt like mucus). I applied between scheduled doses, and the blur went away."

For Blepharitis "Was prescribed a 6-week course for demodex blepharitis. The drops seem to be working. I've experienced some intense eye burning/stinging, mainly in the evening after I take my contacts out and apply the drops. It goes away in a few minutes. Worse though is that I've had some brain fog, which I think may be associated with the drops. It feels very much like the side effect of an SSRI that I took in the past, which makes me wonder if these affect serotonin levels or some other neurotransmitter. Everything I read indicates it doesn't. Regardless, I'm on week 5 of treatment and will finish the remaining week. If they work and the blepharitis is gone, it will be worth it. No more styes or chalazion!"
