For Blepharitis "This stuff is awesome. I kept complaining of blurry vision to my ophthalmologist and was pretty much laughed off. “Here’s a sample of eye drops.” I then inquired with a friend who is a retired ophthalmologist. He referred me to his old practice, who prescribed Xdemvy. Within a week, I saw improvement intermittently. When applied, clear vision lasted more than a few blinks. On follow-up, my new ophthalmologist admitted this medicine is a total game changer. On occasion, my eyes would go blurry (felt like mucus). I applied between scheduled doses, and the blur went away."

"I do home renovations and am always getting things in my eyes. I use an eyelid scrub when that happens. For 20 years or more, I've complained to various ophthalmologists about how itchy my eyelids can be. One told me it was rosacea of the eyelid. Great. And I do have very mild rosacea on my cheeks. Fast forward 20 years, and my current eye doc told me it was actually mites. She remarked that eye docs used to say it was rosacea because there was no treatment for it. She said the irritation is caused by the waste left behind by mites living on my eyelashes. It collects where the lashes join the eyelid. Gross, but bodies are often gross. She said that Xdemvy was a newish eyedrop and the only way to treat them was with a 6-week course of the drops. I can report I've had terrible side effects. They don't burn my eyes. But when they drain into my sinuses, it feels like liquid fire. Tinnitus. Sore throat. Acid reflux. My stomach hurts a lot. I'm glad I did it, but will be happy when done."

For Blepharitis "I used it due to crusty eyes and white stones on my eyelids. My primary doctor prescribed it, and when I first used it, yes, it stung. I called and spoke to my eye doctor to get their opinion on this drug since the pharmacist told me all these slim chance side effects, but still scary. My eye doctor said that I should be getting checked halfway through treatment. I made an eye appointment to get checked, and they treated my vision and looked for any active mites, and she said she couldn’t see any but to finish my course of medication. So I did, but I think I’ve noticed a decline in my sharp, clear vision. I wore contact lenses before and had no trouble seeing well. Good luck!"
