For Herbal Supplementation "I'm just a heavy social drinker, happy hour 2-3 the usual, but sometimes I go over that, and I'm trying to phase out at-home drinking too. I found even from the first day taking 500 mg 2x a day suppressed my thirst to drink a lot. Now a drink could now sit on the table or bar for an hour."
